   Local areas of low pressure in the south and north keep weather
   unsettled here. Sunny and mild across the central continent.

   Wednesday
   Heavy, thundery rain in Portugal and western Spain spreads east on a
   notable wind. Drier eastern areas of Spain through increasingly showery
   later. The Balearics should be fine with sunshine as well be much of
   Italy, Sardinia, and Corsica. Sunny in the Balkan States as well. Heavy
   showers in southern and coastal Greece, thundery at times. Turkey
   should be fair with sunny spells, just some rain lingering north.
   Breezy in France and mild; cloud and increasingly rainy in western
   areas; dry to the east with some sun at first. Windy for the Low
   Countries and Germany but dry with sunny spells. Breezy for the Baltic
   States and fair here. More sunny spells in Poland and dry. Staying fair
   across Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland. Some rain in
   Romania, drier Bulgaria but cloudy.
   Breezy Denmark with rainy spells. The breeze and rain extends eastward
   across southern Sweden and into the Baltic States where temperatures
   will be mild. Windy and damp in Finland, widespread drizzle and cloud.
   Damp and mild for southern Sweden and breezy too. More rain for the
   south of Norway, mild too. Showers in northern Norway, some of them
   heavy and falling as sleet and snow.

   Thursday
   A day of showers and sunshine for Iberia. Heavy morning rain over the
   Balearics passes east for sunshine. Notable westerlies across Iberia,
   stronger over the central Mediterranean islands. Dry for Italy,
   Sardinia, and Corsica and often sunny, though some more cloud than the
   day prior. Fair and sunny for the Balkan States, showers and sunshine
   for Greece and T├╝rkiye. Some showers in the far south may be heavy.
   Very mild in France with heavy rain in central and southern areas, risk
   thundery near the coast. Dry for the Low Countries but cloudy, this
   cloud extending into west Germany. East Germany and eastwards across
   the continent will be broadly sunny and mild. Showery in the far
   southeast near the Black Sea.
   Mild in Denmark and southern Sweden with light rain. A broader band of
   rain extends from Norway into central Sweden, some showers still into
   northern Norway. Northern parts of Sweden and Finland will be fine with
   some sunshine. Patchy rain and breezy in the Baltic States, though some
   sunny spells here too.
