   Heavy rain, gales north

   Friday
   A dry but rather cloudy day for the Iberia with some bright or sunny
   spells over Portugal. A cloudy day for France with rain spreading from
   the northwest. Storm Amy will give heavy and persistent rain as well as
   gales for the British Isles. A cloudy day for the Low Countries with
   heavy rain spreading east later. Germany and Denmark will see a cloudy
   day with some rain in northwest later in the day. Increasingly cloudy
   for Norway with some rain in far west later in the evening. Sweden,
   Finland, the Baltic States and Poland will see a dry day with some
   bright spells. Cloudy for Belarus, with some rain for southern Ukraine.
   A dry day for Switzerland, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary with some
   sunny spells. Thick cloud approaching in west later in the day. Romania
   and the Balkans will see heavy rain with some snow over high ground.
   A rather cloudy day for the Balearics, Sardinia and Corsica with a few
   showers. Increasingly cloudy over Italy with some rain in south.
   Unsettled weather conditions for Greece with heavy rain and some snow
   over high ground in north. Some rain for western Turkiye, sunny further
   east. A few showers for Cyprus.

   Saturday
   An increasingly cloudy day for the Iberia perhaps with some light rain
   in north later. A band of rain spreads southeast over France, with some
   showers following in the north west. Rain clears from the British Isles
   with blustery showers following, windy. Heavy rain for the Low
   Countries, Germany, and Denmark. Some rain over western Poland later in
   the day. Rain and snow for Norway, but heavy rain for Sweden. A mostly
   dry day for Finland, with some rain in the evening. The Baltic States
   will see a rather cloudy bur dry day, with some rain arriving later. A
   mostly dry and bright day for Belarus and Ukraine.
   A dry start for Central Europe, but a band of rain will reach
   Switzerland by midday, gradually spreading east through the rest of the
   day. Heavy showers for Romania and the Balkans at first, soon becoming
   dry and sunny.
   A cloudy day for the Balearics, Sardinia and Corsica with a few
   showers, but turning drier later. A mostly dry day for Italy with sunny
   spells, but cloudier in the north later. A showery start for Greece,
   but turning drier later. Some showers for western Turkey and Cyprus.
