   High pressure for some.
   Heavy afternoon showers.

   Very warm for most

   Wednesday
   A hot day for Portugal, same for Spain but for a few afternoon heavy
   showers. Hot and sunny for France. A few showers for the British Isles
   and feeling cooler than of late. Sunny for the Low Countries, Denmark,
   Poland and Germany. Over southern Germany expect some afternoon
   showers. Outbreaks of rain for northern Norway and northern Sweden.
   Finland and the Baltic States will be mostly dry but rather cloudy. A
   few showers for Belarus and eastern Ukraine.
   Once more, heavy afternoon shower are expected over Switzerland and
   western Austria, while the rest of Central European countries will see
   a sunny and very warm day. Sunny day for Romania while a few showers
   are possible over the Balkans, through the afternoon.
   The Mediterranean will see another sunny and very warm day, however a
   few afternoon showers cannot be excluded mostly over higher ground.
   More frequent showers are possible over northeast Greece and northeast
   Turkiye.

   Thursday
   A sunny and hot day for Portugal. Same for Spain but with some heavy
   and thundery showers in north. A scattering of afternoon showers over
   southern France, otherwise a sunny and hot day. Rain for the
   northwestern parts of the British Isles, sunny elsewhere. Dry and sunny
   for the Low Countries. Some heavy showers for Germany, mainly in south,
   some spreading over Poland later. Dry and sunny for Denmark. Some early
   heavy showers for Norway and Sweden, spreading over Finland later in
   the day. A few showers for the Baltic States. Dry and very warm for
   Belarus and Ukraine.
   Heavy and possibly thundery showers for Switzerland, Austria, and
   Czechia while drier conditions are expected over Hungary and Slovakia.
   Sunny for Romania and the Balkans.
   Sunny over the Balearics, while a few afternoon showers are expected
   for Sardinia and Corsica. Italy will see a sunny day, with a few
   afternoon showers away from the coast. Sunny and locally hot for
   Greece. Frequent showers over northern Turkiye, elsewhere dry and
   locally hot. Cyprus will see a sunny and hot day.
