   Hot Mediterranean; showery rain with heavy spells north of the Alps
   drifts east and northward.

   Monday
   Scattered thunderstorms developing over Spain and Portugal on Monday.
   Hot with a mix of cloud and sunny spells here. Fine through much of the
   rest of the Mediterranean with good spells of sunshine and mostly dry
   conditions throughout. Cloud may increase somewhat in Italy and nearby
   islands with chance of showers as well. Hot in Greece and T├╝rkiye.
   Fine in most of France, good spells of sunshine. Some showers in the
   southeast of France, these draped across the Alps through Switzerand
   and Austria, some of them heavy. Morning rain in Germany and the Low
   Countries will clear for a fine day with lots of sunshine. Rain in
   southern Germany, Czechia, and Poland. Hungary will be dry and mostly
   sunny. The Balkans and areas near the Black Sea will be hot and sunny.
   Windy for Denmark with periods of rain and showers, heavy at times.
   Unsettled in Sweden and Norway too with periods of heavy rain. Gusty
   around showers with changeable winds through the day. Wind and showers
   increasing through the day in the Baltic States with heavy rain for a
   time into night. Similarly deteriorating through the day in Finland.

   Tuesday
   More showers for Iberia on Tuesday. Risk of thunderstorms northwest
   Spain later. Hot and sunny across the central Mediterranean into Italy,
   some cloud building in the afternoon with isolated showers. Sunny and
   hot in Greece and T├╝rkiye.
   Dry and fine for France, some cloud in southern areas. Widely sunny and
   warm-to-hot eastward across the Alps into southeast Europe. Cloudier
   for The Netherlands and north Germany, chance of rain here. Some clouds
   for Poland as well though decent sun breaks always possible, best in
   the east.
   Spells of rain for Denmark on a brisk westerly wind. Some rain and sun
   spells in southern Sweden, rain more frequent to the north. Southwest
   Norway's coast will be rainy, drier inland. Unsettled with spells of
   heavy rain in the Baltics and Finland, though Lithuania may settle for
   some sunny spells between scattered showers.
