I guess this pretty much sums up your post. There is absolutely no flat rate for the internet. I can dial a local number and use anything that the internet offers, whatsoever. There is a catch though... you do need a provider. The provider generally charges a flat rate. For me, it is where I work, since it is private there is no flat rate. If you want to go through AOL or something then there is a flat. You might want to take a look at a software package called Internet in a Box... good stuff... |
