It's always hot here until mid-September and even in winter it's still too
warm for me.

I live in a home that was converted to apartments and they did that coversion
with the absolute minimum expense.  Can't wait until I can mpove somewhere
else.

Right now, it's 7:45 PM EDT.  It's still 82F (28C) with 74% humidity.  It's
still pretty potent outside but I gotta water my plants.
