Hello Rob! 29 Oct 25 08:03, you wrote to me: RM> That's good and fast anyways... My plan is also 'unlimited' the same, RM> slowing after you reach your 'limit'. In the past 'Proper' Bell plans RM> didn't offer that but it looks like they do these days for most plans. I have a friend who lives closer to downtown and he has AT&T fibre and, if memory serves, his speeds are over 300 mbps. Fibre isn't to our neighborhood yet. It was built in late 1958 through 196?. Ours was built in 1960, a few years before I was born. The truck shop where I work is about 4 1/2 miles north of town and about one mile too far out for cable internet and AT&T doesn't serve that area, except for land line phone. The company sold on April 1 of this year and the new owner had the wireless internet provider (using 5 ghz links) disconnected after Starlink was installed. So far, so good. ~350/25 (We use 5 ghz links to our repeater site 37 miles away @ 7,500' |
